Ahmedabad Learning Center

Ahmedabad learning center contributes to the Institutional needs of an Urban space. The structural frame clasps Exposed brick façade which amplifies a graceful play of light and shadows through its Jalis, louvers and pergolas. The design blurs the boundaries of indoor and outdoor environment and enhances the passive ventilation, resulting in energy efficiency.

Chhatrapati Niwas

The Residential project emphasizes on the play of volumes illustrating minimalism of the built form. Chhatrapati Niwas fulfils the sense of openness without hampering adequate privacy and security of the designed spaces. Use of Earthy textured materials enhances the sensation of simple yet modern design.

Dahison Villa

Dahison Residence is a farmhouse (weekend house) designed to give the users a disconnect from an Urban Environment and reincarnate them into a local foliage. The design primarily focusses on giving comfortable and generous spaces with a sense of grandeur. The fountain has got a dominating impact due to its size yet the cascading and still water gives the sense of calmness.

Sayona Redevelopment Project

The project was a proposal to rehabilitate the people of slums around the project site. The design is humble with just a few façade elements, to avoid any cultural shock to the inhabitants who would be from slums.

Siholi Learning Centre

The project promotes noble aim in the field of Education. The low cost school building uses light materials like PVC pipes as shading devices. The exposed brick façade and earthy textured materials camouflage with surrounding landscape to become a single entity.

Interior Projects

Godrej Flats

The minimally designed apartments give the 2BHK space just enough mass to enhance comfort in a small space while not causing claustrophobic atmosphere for the users. The neutral earthy colors contribute to the peaceful and minimalist design style for the project.

CAFE BLUES, Ahmedabad-Rustic and Youthful

The patterns on the wall being minimalist offer an abstract imagination to the youth. Such patterns are used to intrigue the crowd and give life to the exposed concrete walls. The exposed brick and exposed concrete works resonate rustic theme and give the ambience of a Swiss countryside restaurant. Also, the use of tungsten bulbs further suggests the blend of old style with the new contemporary style of wooden false ceiling. The furniture is a conjunction to the rustic and modern theme of the café. Their resemblance to furniture made with straw amalgamate perfectly with simple grey cushions.

Dum Ka Zaika, Ahmedabad-AWADHI THEME

The flavours of Awadh like the subtle aromas of Awadhi cuisine, restaurant interior hints on Mughal motifs. Tapestry clad panels double up as acoustic absorbers.

Clean furniture panels and ceiling lines reflect humility of Awadhi food. Motifs of Mughal jail tastefully placed as Nakkashi in furniture Jali reflect bold Awadhi design.

Firangi Zaika

While the food at Firangi Zaika reflects spices that pulled Firangi to our shores, Subtle tints of gold and copper reflect the precious metals that pulled them to ‘Sone ki Chidiya’.

Dominating are the shades of red in the restaurant which are taken from the uniforms of the Firangis. The glossy table tops would reflect the same colors making the whole aura like the old times.

HIRANANDANI CAFÉ 1

NARAYANI HOTELS & RESORT, Gandhinagar-Cafe and Bistro

The theme of the café hints of minimalism and simplicity. The theme is amplified by the use of vertical and horizontal lines for both furniture and curtain walls. Also, the domination of vertical lines gives the sense of a high space.

Use of plain furniture and elementary wooden table tops gives the space just enough of what is needed, thus making it a perfect place for a brief chat with a little snack time.

HIRANANDANI CAFÉ 2

NARAYANI HOTELS & RESORT, Gandhinagar-Cafe and Bistro

For those with contemporary taste a place to unwind with friends, to explore relationship with food, to have a little ‘Me Time’.

At once the café radiates of minimalism with its plain white walls and simple wooden finishes on tables, tempting for a nice coffee time and a relaxed talk it proffers a peaceful space for everybody to spend some quality time.

To break the monotony and add an element of design, the dining tables are partially made to rest on the floor and partially to hang by chains fixed on the ceiling. The element is an eye catcher for the café staying in its box of minimalism.

Green Consultancy

AW Design Office

The office space is Gujarat’s first Platinum rated Green Interiors office led by a single principal architect. The space was awarded this rating under IGBC Green Interiors rating system in the year 2018. The space is made entirely out of waste or salvaged materials except for the Air-conditioners and chairs which had to be freshly bought for maximum efficiency and comfort.

Pure, Sangath IPL

The residential building was awarded IGBC Gold rating in the year 2019 under IGBC Green Homes Rating System for its sustainable approach, in terms of reducing carbon foot print, increasing green cover on-site, harnessing solar energy to reduce electrical load on the municipal body and moreover having a comfortable built environment with enough amenities for the inhabitants.

Sangath IPL POSH

Sangath IPL Posh is a luxury apartments project in Ahmedabad offering 3BHK and 4BHK apartments. The scheme offers a lot of features like, Indoor Games, Gymnasium, Play Area, Rain Water Harvesting, Club House, Library, Tennis Court, Jogging Track, 24Hr Backup Electricity, Meditation Hall, Open Lawns and many more to make most of the basic amenities available within the site. The project is Gujarat’s first PLATINUM rated building under IGBC Green Homes Rating System.

Sangath IPL SKYZ

The project was rated an IGBC Silver rated building under IGBC Green Homes rating system in the year 2013. The building has great connectivity to International Airport, Sabarmati Riverfront, 5 Express roads and many renowned institutes.

Sangath IPL Terraces

The project was awarded an IGBC Gold rating under IGBC Green homes rating system in the year 2015. The building inhabits a lot of sustainable features like, 100% flushing, 100% irrigation, 100% car wash through treated water. Also, the project harnesses solar energy to cater to some part of its electrical load.

Shreeya Antilia

It is a High Rise Residential Tower in Ahmedabad. The project has 2 towers with seven typical floors and ground level as stilt parking. Building employs, a framed structure approach. Climate type is hot and dry. The building has been awarded IGBC Silver Green Homes Rating in the year 2019.

Venus Amadeus

The corporate office of Venus Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd. is located at 11th floor Venus Amadeus in Ahmedabad. The interiors have been done using various measures of sustainability. They have used Salvaged materials, Low VOC content goods, Local materials, Materials which have higher NRC values. They have given provisions for maximum sun light penetration in the common areas, etc. The project has been awarded IGBC Platinum Green Interior Rating in the year 2019.

Competitions

LAMBORGHINI ROAD MONUMENT

It is a road landmark for Lamborghini to commemorate the launch of. The road monument has drawn inspiration from dynamic design elements of Lamborghini and the subtle cues from landscape around. It draws on the core values of Lamborghini, which are VISIONARY, CUTTING EDGE AND PURE.

War Memorial

The design focusses on visually depicting the magnanimity of task of protecting Indian borders and the sacrifice of a soldier who leaves everything to prove his loyalty to his motherland. This structure glorifies the sacrifices of the men in uniform. The center circular structure depicts a rising sun of India which has been, is and will be protected by the brave men of this country.
